I understand and agree that Global Bridge Consulting Group LLC acts strictly as an intermediary/coordinator between clients and independent third-party consultants.

I acknowledge that all coordination fees are fully earned and non-refundable once a consultant is assigned and initial communication is initiated, regardless of the outcome, performance, or results of the consultant.

I further understand that filing a chargeback after receiving coordination services is considered an attempt to obtain services without payment, and I authorize Global Bridge Consulting Group LLC to provide my electronic signature and timestamp as evidence of full authorization in the event of a dispute.

By accepting these terms, I voluntarily agree that this acceptance constitutes an irrevocable waiver of any right to dispute, reverse, or charge back this transaction for any services that have been delivered, initiated, or coordinated on my behalf. This waiver applies specifically to coordination services rendered by Global Bridge Consulting Group LLC.
