1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Global Bridge Consulting Group LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the Client ("Client," "you") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Nature of Services – Intermediary Role Only

The Company does NOT provide consulting services directly.

We operate strictly as an intermediary, coordinator, and facilitator that connects Clients with independent third-party consultants ("Consultants").

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Consultants are independent contractors, not employees of the Company.
  • The Company does not supervise, direct, evaluate, or control Consultant performance.
  • The Company is not responsible for any work performed by Consultants, including accuracy, quality, delays, or results.

By using our platform, the Client fully accepts that all services are delivered by third-party Consultants, not the Company.

Service Process & Payment Notice

Global Bridge Consulting Group LLC operates solely as an intermediary platform. We do not provide consulting services directly. All consultations are delivered by independent third-party consultants.

By submitting a payment through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

1

Payment is required before the consultant is assigned to your case.

2

Payments are final and non-refundable once a consultant has been assigned.

3

Global Bridge Consulting Group LLC is not responsible for the quality, outcome, timeline, or performance of any consultant.

4

Our role is limited to matching you with the appropriate independent consultant.

5

You authorize us to share your submitted information with the consultant assigned to your case.

By completing your payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and understand that our service is strictly intermediary.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Requirement

All services require full upfront payment or an approved split payment, as communicated prior to purchase.

3.2 No Refunds – Strict Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-REVERSIBLE—WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

This applies even in cases of:

  • Dissatisfaction
  • Delays by Client or Consultant
  • Miscommunication
  • Change of mind
  • Client failure to provide necessary information
  • Client refusal to cooperate
  • Cancellation for any reason

Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, reversed, withdrawn, or disputed under any circumstance.

3.3 Acknowledgment of Authorized Payment

By submitting payment, the Client certifies and declares that:

  • The payment method belongs to them or they are fully authorized to use it.
  • The payment is intentional, valid, and approved by the rightful cardholder.
  • They waive the right to claim "unauthorized transaction" after service initiation.

4. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Reversals

By paying through the Website, the Client agrees:

  1. To waive the right to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal through a bank or card issuer.
  2. Any chargeback attempt is a breach of contract and fraudulent.
  3. If a chargeback is filed, the Company may:
    • Impose a $250 administrative penalty,
    • Provide evidence to the bank proving service facilitation,
    • Suspend all services and access,
    • Pursue collections or legal action for recovery of funds and damages.
  4. The Client accepts that the Company maintains recorded proof of service coordination and delivery.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Because Consultants are independent, the Company:

  • Makes no promises or guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
  • Is not responsible for Consultant errors, delays, or failure to meet expectations.
  • Is not liable if the Client fails to participate, cooperate, or provide needed information.

Purchases are for access to a Consultant, not for results.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Respond promptly to Consultant requests.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Not bypass or attempt to bypass the Company.

Failure to comply does not entitle the Client to a refund.

7. Direct Engagement Prohibited

The Client may not contact, hire, or engage any Consultant outside the Company for 12 months from the last interaction.

Any violation triggers a mandatory $1,500 finder's fee, due immediately.

8. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law:

  • The Company bears no liability for Consultant performance or Client outcomes.
  • The Client's sole remedy for dissatisfaction is terminating platform use.
  • The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.

9. Cancellation Policy

Because Consultant assignment begins immediately:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made.
  • No refunds, credits, substitutions, or adjustments will be issued.

10. Payment Processor & Compliance

Payments are processed through Authorize.Net or other processors.

Client agrees that transactions may require:
